harry,
nice shape, very fitting for st. paddys day. only comment is that the shank angle doesnt match the shoulder on the stems angle. basically try not to let the shank taper so much. nice piece.
also is the stem a premold? if not, next time try and shorten up the shoulder on the stem for a nice crisp look.

The top of the shank needs a good bit more briar removed and the rim is angled such that it looks like it faces toward the stem. If those two things were corrected it would be significantly better. It's a decent attempt as it is.
