I had to stare at this one for a while, but I've decided that I really like it. It has a slightly different look the the "classic" bulldog: squatty bowl, flowing lines and thick proportions.

Excellent work, Andrew. Probably my favorite of yours.

Absolutely frigging love this one. Beautiful shape ! Did you base this on another pipe, or just build the flow of lines on your own ? It may be one of my favorite bulldogs ever.
I'm sorely tempted to ask what you'd sell it for.....

I'd love to sell it to you, but it was gone within 5 minutes of it being posted.

I've got a huge stacked billiard that will be going up in a couple days.

Andrew...leaps and bounds above your previous work. Whatever you did during the process of making this pipe you need to repeat it...be it a particular album that was playing in the background, chewing on some gum, or a lucky pair of boxers. Beautiful work. Congrats...no critiques on this one.

Andrew,

Very nice pipe! This is just the type of bulldog I like. I like them low and wide like that. I really really like this one. It would be one I would actually pick to try to copy. The lines are very nice. I like your proportions, color and shape. I don't think there is anything I'd change on it.

Congratulations on a great pipe and the sale!

Brian.

Thanks everyone for the comments. This one was a bear cat to make, but the result was worth it. Yes, we have such a thing as a bear cat out here in north Idaho. I've been told they eat pipe makers....
