It's a cool series, and I look forward to more videos from them. They have some good stuff for sale, too. I bought some booze from the distillery in the first video. The gin is interesting (I'm not a huge fan of gin) and the rye whiskey is really good, if you're into rye, bourbon, etc.

Nice vids! But I had no idea I was only one of five or six guys in the country making hand made kitchen knives. A few of those guys must be using a couple aliases. 
But he did hit one thing right on the head when he spoke of competency and how it takes lots of hard work, time, and practice. That just about sums it up right there.
