Here are a few pictures of the new workshop as I progress building it. I also threw in a couple pictures of the dog that decided he wants to be a shop dog. The wife called him "Briar"
I'll post more later, as I have been moving tools and setting up benches and shelves.

Hey - you built a shop inside your shop!
Re: The New Shop. "A Work In Progress"
My only concern is that you've neglected to include enough electrical outlets....

Yep Kurt, I wanted heat and air without having too go to the expense of insulating the entire shop. Plus it will be easy to keep some heat in there in the winter so my lathes don't rust up.
As for the electrical plugs. The shop is 9x20. I have 4 plugs in each long wall and 2 in each end wall. Plus I installed 4 in the outside of the wall on the garage side. That should be plenty for anything I need. (we have all heard that one before!) Hopefully I don't find I need more later. I have more work done since these photos and will post again later.

I was just teasin'.
Re: The New Shop. "A Work In Progress"
Nice shop, and a nice dog. I heartily recommend a good dog for any pipemaker. Let's face it, no one else is going to stay in there with you for hours and hours and be happy with the occassional pat on the head.
Regards,
Tim
