Love this is a wonderful pipe. The blastication is very cool. The lines are wonderful. The stem ring, to me, pulls the stummel and cumberland stem together for a superb pipe!

Very nice shape and superb blasting so far... But it seems that the discussion about stemwork is starting over...
In my eyes the stem junktion is a little bit to steeply - looks like the stem could be longer in this case... Or the first part from the bowl a little bit straighter before it gets smaller?
But as said before: Great shape!

i must agree, interestingly to me it shows only on the second photo which might be just a lighting, angle or something. it's a very very nice pipe. love the finish as well.

Thank you for the kind words gents!!
I will agree the stem could have been 1cm longer to make the proportions a bit more true but I still love it as it is...and heck it sold after a mere 4 min. on the site so someone must have liked it
The shank ring is indeed like Dan Guessed mauzer birch

Stunning... I doubt the owner thinks the stem is too short...
That is art!

Very very pretty. I like the short stem; makes a very ellegant pipe into an informal, chummy smoke (if that makes any sense).
