New Crosby Pipe

Post by ArtGuy »

Here is a pipe I just got done with last night. This is one of the pipes I am making in preparation for the Ft. Wayne and Chicago shows.

Tale of the Tape:

6 inches long
1.75 inches tall
1.8 oz (51 gr)
Marble Wood Shank treatment

PS: Since taking these pics I have cleaned up the bowl interior and precarbed it. Please do not think I sell my pipes with that sloppyness in the bowl

I was just about to say, the pipe looks great, but the inside of the bowl...geez!

Just kidding...great looking pipe John!

Great shape, love the staining...awesome job!

My favorite Crosby to date. Very nice job.

That is, except for the sloppy bowl interior. Geez, on the inside if you just added a few ridges it would look like a ScoJo.

Heck, I'm gonna photoshop one of those really cool marblewood shank treatments onto my next pipe. I can't even drill a $%&# mortise, let alone try that...
