you should add some more pictures of the rear profile (front for tyler) .. the stummel I like EXCEPT for the business end.. the mouthpiece doesn't fit the overall pipe and looks more or less forced into place to make it smokable instrument.

That's an absolutely beautiful block of briar. You did an excellent job framing and finishing the grain. I agree with James though. You've provided some nice glamour shots. Now we need to see the side profile to give it a proper critique. Looks like you're doing it right, though!
Re: Poker/cherrywood
I love the stummel. The stem I'm not sold on either. The good news is that if you decided you wanted to make another, there wouldn't be anything stopping you from doing so.
Great work though!

That's a nice looking pipe and it looks like you know your way around a camera too. Were you posting just to show the pipe or did you want critiques? For good critiques the most important images are the profile shots so the people offering critiques can get a good feel for the lines and proportions of the pipe.Shots taken at odd angles may look nice but they don't convey necessary information as well as straight on photos do.
I hope this helps,

Thanks for all the coments...I'll put photos from all the angles next time, and add the angles that are missing in this one.

I like the stem, but not on that pipe, make another stem for that stumble, and another stumble for that stem.
