Beautiful finish.
Nice accent work.
As for the stem itself, beads are really tough to learn and cut well. If you look at the reflections, you can see waviness, which suggests the lines aren't quite true. A bit more file work'd help bring those in line. I think it bulges a bit on the sides.
I like the button shape for sure though. Perhaps make the bit a bit thinner.
As for the slot, it looks decent, nice and smooth. I'd try to bring the center of the slot down a bit more with crossing files though, it should be widest at the center, not the edges. Again, these are minor details.
Great work with a more complex button shape for sure though. I'm currently cutting my second convex button, and I appreciate the difficulty they present.
As a whole, I love this pipe!

Plus, leave less space between your flare and the face of the shank. The closer, the better.
