Freestyle pipe and stand

Post by the rev »

I know these are hard to critique, I have been asked to make a number of these by people that wanted pipes like the one I smoke. Once I am done I will start making more traditional shapes and improve my game. This is a pipe and stand, pipe came from a kit made by Tinsky, pre made stem this is my seventh pipe

The pictures are bad, I will need a tri pod and better camera. I shake when I try to stay still, not good for taking pictures :)

well I suppose if one were to smoke to excess it would be a sin

"but what would be smoking to excess?"

Why smoking two pipes at once of course

I'm personally not a fan of pipes like this. Every one I've seen feels like the maker chucked it up in their drill press, drilled the airway, mortise, and chamber, rounded off the edges of the block, stuck a preform stem in it, stained, buffed, and called it a day.

So why did I post? Dunno. I'm in a mood. :P
