My first 2 pipes

Here is a freehand I made using a block of briar off ebay and a premade stem. It is kind of heavy but I liked the look of the plateau that I did not want to cut it all away. Smokes good.

Here is the first one I made about 2 years ago. I wanted a military style bit, so I used a 12ga stogun shell 8)

Hey Smitty,

Not bad for your first two. I think the lines of the first one would be little better if you bent the stem a little.

Oh and please disregard my comment in response to your introduction thread. The part where I asked you to post some pics of your first two pipes. I did not know you had them in the gallery.

Keep it up, want to see some pics of number 3.

very nice Smitty.
I have to agree, the whole pipe would come together if you bent the stem on the first one.

I really like that first one. Great job!
