Cherry wood.
There is a gap between the stem and shank because I am a dumbass and sanded off the first coat of stain without the stem in. The draught hole was a little long, and chamber not quite drilled deep enough. I tried to make the connection between the bowl and shank more of a tear drop shape (like the ball/cardboard role exercise). If I am not mistaken the bowl is still too cylindrical on the sides.
Ok, I have made it and posted it...now I will smoke it.
Comments welcome, thanks in advance.

Drill the next one so there is no ridge from the airway at the bottom of the chamber. Focus on symmetry on the bottom of the bowl. You have a bulge (picture 3, 11 o'clock) and the silhouette of the bottom of the bowl isn't round. The rim isn't the same thickness all the way around. Your cheeks are well defined, but the top of the shank looks odd because the sides are so sharp. Finding a good look at that junction takes some work. The rim looks like it rips back towards the shank. If you removed 1/8" off the top front of the bowl (side opposite the stem) it would look better.
I can't see enough of the stem to comment on that.
It's overall a lot better than my first several billiards.

Charl,
It says cherry wood.
PM Battles You have some trouble keeping the bowl cylindrical. From the bottom , the bowl looks like a rounded off square.PM sent
