Paris Pipe show

If all continues according to plan, there will be a pipe show in Paris in September (10-13 are the current dates, subject to change). This is the result of a serious effort by the Pipe Club of France to get an international show off the ground and pick up where the Cuxhaven show left off. I don't know what to expect from the show, but I will certainly be there. It is taking place in a suburb of Paris called Issy des Moulineaux. That is all the info I have at present, but I will post again when I know firm details about the exact hotel, locale, times, etc. I hope to see some of you there! My guess is that it will be smaller and more intimate, thankfully, than Chicago, though I hope it will attract some big names among EU pipemakers. If nothing else, I will have an excuse to go to Paris and visit their KFC.

Talk about Deja Vu! My wife brought home KFC for dinner tonight.

Hopefully, the Paris show will be the beginning of many.
