By the sounds of this running pipe, it seems like extremely fun. I would love to participate in one of these however knowing my skill set is what it is I would be too afraid to ruin everyone's hard work. Maybe soon once I get some experiamce under my belt I will be able to participate.

That sounds like a great idea, Sas. I think we should put diamond shanks on both just for Jesse.......he LOVES the diamond shanks

I'm cool with a billiard and a bulldog, assuming this is the consensus. Do we prefer black or cumberland for the rods? 18mm, 20mm?

sounds good, I'll be sending 2 blocks, and a stick each of cumberland and black.
Package will go out in today's mail.

Lets generate some thoughts on a plaque, stand, or whatever for all the logos to be stamped on. I have both slabs of briar and pen blanks. It may be really cool to have everyones logo on an 8" rod (anyone ever seen a 8" long piece of briar? ;), or make a stand with the slab, where the logos would be on the slab. I guess this should be included in the package so everyone can mark it as they get it. For ease of shipping, I think the rod is better than a slab, especially since we are shipping internationally (to Canada).

I could make the stand - have a table saw, routers etc. Make it as pieces, and mail it broken down, and the last guy would just have to glue it together, whatever it is.

I WOULD TINK A SLAB WITH OUR SIGS AND LOGOS WOULD BE COOL AND THA COULD BE MADE INTO A PIPE STAND
FOR BOTH PIPES :|

sounds good
I'm limited on space in the box, but will find a slab that should work for 2 pipes on one stand. When it gets to the last person, I can send them the metal pieces, if we want the basic metal coathanger lookin pieces

I found a couple nice super grade Mimmo plateaux blocks that I'll send along ;)

SWEEET!

We could probably do the ol' super strong magnet thing- I find it more attractive than the metal coathanger look. Idk bout the rest of you though.
