Looks pretty much the same as your first one, only with a stem on it. That alone is a big improvement!

I'm a newbie at pipe making and haven't worked with brier yet (I've been working with Cherrywood as a learning material due to cost), but if it were me (referring to the original pipe you showed in this post) - even though it would be good for practice - I'd end up tossing it... and probably having a smoke and a whiskey to deal with the frustration heh

I'd pack that bowl and smoke the crap out of it! Toss it when it burns out. But save the pics of it. So, you can always show off you're first proper pipe to some noob. Oh yeah and practice practice, read read, smoke smoke.
