I just got back from the TAPS show in Raleigh, NC and I had a great time!! I got to talk with John Eells, Craig and Patty Tarler, Bob and Pam Hayes, Chuck Stanion, Keith (from Knoxcigar), a couple of guys that regularly post on the Knoxcigar site, Steve Monjure (importer of Ardor and other fine pipes and tobaccos), and a host of other fine folks.
I picked up a couple of good tips on pipemaking, sampled and bought some great tobaccos, and looked at lots and lots of pipes (oh the temptations).
There was a lot of walk in traffic, and just about everyone I talked to said they were having a good show.
Life is good!
