Does anyone know if you need a permit/licence to sell tobacco pipes online, stores etc?

if you are making pipes on a regular basis and selling them you should have a business license for city, one for county, and a tax number for pipes selling in your state. You may need a fictitious name certificate if you use a name other than your own. Each city, state, etc. have different regulations, so call city hall and check for your area. Hope this helps.
