Is it possible to buy a complete piece of briar root already dried and ready to be process but before the cutter puts his hand on it?

I doubt they are dried, but I know Jaume Hom sells complete root pieces. Briarblocks.com

I think the process is dig -> store (dark and humid place) -> cut -> boil (curing) -> drying.
