I've come to the home of the experts; kneeling in subjugation.

I did find some limited info on line regarding the K&P Peterson brand markings, and used a search here on these forums as well, but did not fine a definitive answer for what I'm inquiring about.

Can anyone tell me if the K&P Peterson markings are still being used?
AND-
If not,m when did they stop marking pipes in such a manner?

Thanks!

To what markings are you referring? Hallmarks or pipe 'line' stampings?

They have their own hallmarks listed here: Peterson Hallmarks

If you're still looking for Peterson pipes (I'm guessing you're looking for pre Republic?) I use these sites.

Pipedia page
http://pipedia.org/index.php?title=A_Pe ... e_of_Thumb

Peterson Logos and Markings
http://www.pipephil.eu/logos/en/logo-peterson.html

and
Assay Office Dublin Hallmarks for silver bands (note, bands might be made a few years before they're put on a pipe... when in doubt, trust the COM mark on the pipe)
http://www.pipephil.eu/logos/en/infos/h ... ublin.html

On a side note, I picked up a pre Republic Peterson for $12 yesterday on Ebay.
