SS Tubing

Anyone know if/where I can find threaded SS tubing in (roughly) 3/16" OD? No threading dial on my lathe. Thanks.

I don't think I've ever seen such a thing.
What I would do is get some threaded stainless rod then drill it. 10-24 or 10-32 are pretty close to 3/16" major diameter, however, the pitch diameter is only about .16 - too close for 5/32" IMO. You might get away with a 9/64" through-hole, but I've never tried. 12-24 threaded rod might give you more wiggle room, but it's around .21" major diameter.
Or, depending on your setup, it might be easier to get stainless rod and a die to thread it. Drilling stainless is a PITA, especially if it's hardened like threaded rod usually is.
Or, if it doesn't have to be stainless, maybe you could get away with aluminum? Aluminum machines very easily. Cutting external threads on aluminum tube is extremely easy with a die.

I just cut some grooves in the part of the tubing that is glued. This seems to work fine.
