A Stand Up Guy

I had a wonderful opportunity, yesterday, to meet Tim West and have a tour of his workshop.
I stopped by to purchase some bits and rod. Tim graciously took an hour of his time to show me around the shop, inspect some of the pipes I had made and give me some pointers and tips. Tim was very patient and readily answered all of my questions.
I found Tim to be a nice guy and a pleasure to meet.
Tim is running J.H. Lowe pipe supplies and repair.

If you want to do business with a down to earth nice guy, then send your business his way.

Agreed. Tim is an outstanding guy, and exceedingly generous with his time.

I'll third that motion. I called expecting to make a quick order and ended up spending better than a half hour discussing the pipe designs I was shooting for, what tools to use, what not to use.
Extremely helpful and awesome guy
This is a rare business, as I've yet to deal with anyone who wasn't exceedingly willing to help.

Ditto! I've only had online deals with Tim, but I have nothing but good things to say about him.

Tim models the best of the pipemaking world. And, he's not even on this forum. :(

The odd thing is I don't think you could make a quick order with Tim. I would feel cheated if I didn't get to chat with him. Great guy.

He really helped make things less bewildering.
