Newbie Here,

Just finished up a few practice pipes, Pre-carbonized bowls and Leather Dye Stained. Now I am ready for a Wax. I am NOT looking for a Super High Gloss. What is something simple I can get from Woodcraft (because its up the street from me) that will just shine them up some and protect the Dye. Any Help would be great.

Oh yeah the pipes are Olive Wood and Mesquite.

Woodcraft carries beeswax, but if you're not looking for a shine, I'd skip the wax altogether. It won't actually do much to protect anything, and it will wear off fairly quickly.

Woodcraft also sells blocks of carnauba. Might as well get one, you're gonna want it one of these days anyway. Plus it smells nice...
