Not bad for a second pipe. I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination but to my eye the shape needs refined. Don't be afraid to take off more briar. Also, be careful when buffing not to buff against your crisp edge on the rim.

Very nice pipe, nice horn(?) accents at the end of the shank, however that very shank end would need a little more shaping - the joint is not very flush.

you are right. unfortunately, I cant sand it down a little more since the rings would reveal its rough inside structure.
