OK, here's another ebay spot:

Logan 9" lathes are one of their better models, and this one, if it doesn't go for more than the opening bid, could be a fair bet. The hinged gear cover on the end is missing, but they can be found. There's no tool post, motor, or chuck but you'll want a quick change anyway, and I've yet to get a chuck with a lathe that was good enough to use for a boat anchor. $275 is a high opening bid (I wouldn't pay more) and may limit interest in what is a more capable lathe than most people think. If anybody is close enough to Staten Island, NY to have a look and make sure it isn't crashed, might be worth it.
