To quote Spongebob Squarepants:
IT'S ON!!

I'm going to move forward with this buy now that I've found some time to focus on it. If you want in on this, please look through the rest of this thread to find the current price list, leave some wiggle room for shipping to the states, and then shipping to you.

Please note: I cannot front the bill for this. It's simply not possible. Once I have totals including shipping, I'll let everyone that replied know what their total is. You can either PayPal me the funds, send me a check, or dispatch cash via flying monkey. Please remember, the price list is in Euros, so convert to USD before tallying up how much you want.

Regarding shipping: I will repack your rods in bundles held together with tape around the circumference and capping the ends, then wrap the bundles in brown craft paper to help keep it together. I can also cut them down to fit in a USPS box if you so desire.

If you're in, please email me at the address in my sig block with the number of rods you want. I'm going to get the ball rolling on this on Monday with a heads-up email to SEM. By Wednesday I hope to be submitting an order and getting a shipping quote by Friday.

Let me know, guys.

Anyone that wants in, but didn't send me an email, you've still got time. Hit me at my email address, pipecrafter@pipecrafter.com, and tell me how much of which sizes you want. The price list is in this thread here somewhere. We can add folks up to the point that I actually send the final order off to SEM (still 4-5 days away at this point from the looks of it).

Kurt, before time runs out you could you confirm with us that you got our order? Maybe post the names of those that are in.
Doing a great job!

I'm not sure how much difference it will make, but I heard on the news that the Dollar is finally strengthening against the Euro and Brit Pound.
Regards,
Frank.

I'm curious too. I'm about out and am wondering if I should hold out a bit longer or go ahead and get a stick or two to hold me over.

My apologies, guys. I've been completely slammed and haven't been paying attention to the SEM situation. I'm sending them an email today, and will follow up with a phone call if I don't hear anything in a day or two. I just hope my German is up to snuff.

Ya know Kurt, It may be helpful using a translator who is in Germany. Scott and I know of someone over in Germany who speaks perfect english and is extremely easy to communicate with. Maybe he could translate a letter or phonecall to SEM? Just a hairbrained idea, but let me know if you might be interested, we could always ask him.
