I received a letter today from Mr. Ralph G. With whom I have been corresponding about pipes made from alternative woods. He sent me a color photocopy of a WDC catalogue page, dated between 1870-1890, showing their pipes made from rosewood and Ivy; that’s right IVY! These pipes came with either celluloid or rubber bits.
This is the first I have ever heard of pipes made from Ivy. Has anyone heard of pipes made from Ivy? If anyone has a pipe made from Ivy, please let me know how much you are asking for it.
