Hi there,
The Turquoise is amazing.(And just a nice looking pipe)
I'm just a little worried about the effects that the heat will have on it.
There does'nt seem to be any technical spec's it's resistance to heat.
What do you think?

Horace DeJarnett did a little experimenting to see what happens to it under high heat.
He took a thinner walled pipe and cut a groove around it just above center of the bowl and filled it with inlace.
He smoked and smoked and smoked that pipe. In his words, it was so hot you had to sit in the bath tub to smoke it.
The heat didn't seem to effect the test pipe, so on my long pot with the very thick walls, I don't expect any problems at all.

Well now, that sure is encouraging.
Do you know if it's available (to buy) in Europe as well, or only in the USA. I'd like to get some and try it out for myself.
