First of all let me just say Rad, john, jeff, Dave and Kurt what kickass pipes you are turning out I am very impressed 8O it is a true joy to follow your steps down the road of dust, sweat and tears...

Here are a few of my latest creationz:

Yin-Yang#2 (first set can be seen on my site):

The stand is made out of some water damaged birch that I saved from my fathers fireplace :P

Love,
Absolutely beautiful! The Tulip is my favorite with the Logo running a close second. The inlay on the Tulip is incredible--mazuer birch? I'm going to have to look into that stuff.

Thx for the kind word folks 8)

I've been playing around with the mauser birch for quite a while but that tulip is the first pipe where I feel it really does its magic...I'm by no way the first to use it , if you are familiar with Kent Rasmussens work you will know it's an inlay wood he favours...

Heres a pic of my first set of Yin-yang wich is reserved for various resons ..

First out when I engraved them I was under the imression that ying-yang was the proper way to spell it , did a web surch and found an article with my way of spelling only to find later when showing it of to some freinds that Yin is without a G.... damn so I needed to re-sand re-engrave and re-finsish that pipe...then when I finished of the second pair shown above for a customer and made a stand for it I felt like the first set needed one also..so I guess the first set will be completed right in time for the Chicago show...

Great work. In my sketchbook of pipe ideas I have a Yin-Yang idea that I was going to work on down the road. I guess nothing is new under the sun. You proved that it is a pretty sweet idea though! Great work.

Josh

Actually you are not the first to mention the jin-jang being in your sketchbook...
and be warned I am very good at peeking over shoulders 8) joke aside I guess that will always be the case wich such a universal sign...

Steve

Eh um I've been trying real hard to keep the Tulip for the bunch I'm sending over to Chicago as I want those to be stunners even though I could very much use the income it would bring.. however anyone is free to make an inqirery about a resevation..if your intrested shoot me an email about it ..also there is a contrast stained brother to it in my sales gal..
