chicago pipe making seminar

trying to get feedback .....has anybody from our forum attended the pipemakers seminar in the past and if so ....did you find it very informative....i am a very green newbie and looking for all the help i can find......thanks bugsy

I went and watched the pipemaking seminar last year. It's really good for beginners and those who are curious about the pipemaking process.
Lee goes over drilling, stem fitting, rough shaping, final shaping and finishing. You can actually take part in some of the pipemaking it self. If you want hands on learning, then it's a good seminar to be apart of. There's a small part of the room that is section off for those who just want to watch.

As for myself, I didn't actually take part in the seminar because I already knew most of the stuff that was taught. But I did learn some little tid bits of information here and there while watching.
