Pot Dimensions Height Of Bowl, Length Of Shank Etc.

Would someone please tell me the proper dimensions when making a Pot billiard?
Here are a few examples I found on Smoking Pipes. To my eye, looking at these; the shank is longer than the height of the bowl, yet the stem(s) seem to break the pipe up evenly, in the middle of the full pipe length.
Thank you in advance

One of the great classic pots to my eye, and those petersons look very close in proportion, is the GBD 9437. And I think very roughly, the shank length on these is pretty similar to the diameter of the bowl. More important than that kind of "measurement" is probably the understanding of the bowl shape. A pot is not just a sawn-off billiard, but rather a vertically compressed one. Get that shape right, and the pipe will be fine.
