Quick Change Tool Post for wood lathe

Is there a Quick Change Tool Post for wood lathes? I only see them for metal lathes.

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for. How do you propose to use a quick change tool post on a wood lathe?

I really don't know how to use it. But i see them on metal lathes. It looks like it would be better. But i also don't have much experience using a lathe. I have acquired a small wood lathe and thought it would be easier to use than holding the turning tools in hand.

Ah ok. They pretty much don't exist, and when you do find one (rare older lathes might have some kind of crosslide setup) they are pretty naff. If you want the features of a metal lathe you need to get a metal lathe.
