Regrouping the finishing threads!

Post by alexanderfrese »

Hello to all!

I will do some rearrangement of all old threads centering around "finishing" themes spread in all subareas to stuff them into this new area. This will assure easier handling of all our information around that subject so far.

Kurt has just (temporarily) adjusted my user rights accordingly.

Please excuse any irritation during this process.

It's been a pleasure and a privilege… 8)

I think I'm already done.

Most of the threads came from the »stummel« area, some from »general«. I decided not to leave the original thread alias (recognized by the »moved…« as a prefix) in the original areas, since this would have made it look a bit speckled with those. I missed one (at least), maybe Kurt can adjust this by his admin rights.

I moved kind of carefully only those threads clearly centerd around finishing techniques or appropriate tools. I left threads with rather mixed content only touching finishing subjects alone.

Funny thing – although I thought I had read all the old threads when registering with the forum, I still found some useful infos.
