Hello Everyone!
My name is Joseph (or Joe), I’m 16, and live in Saint Paul, MN. I have yet to smoke a pipe, though I eventually hope to, but I’ve made two so far. It was a friend of mine who first started making them, and seeing that I was conceptually capable of making (or trying to make!) pipes I gave it a go about a year ago. Then I rather forgot about it for a while, until now, when I hope to pick it up again as one of my numerous hobbies. My main interest is in relief carving, which I am still learning, though I used to be into hand joinery, particularly following Paul Sellers. Besides working with wood I am quite happy tinkering around with gardening, baking, a spot of sewing, a bit of forging, hunting, and really anything else intriguing.
Thanks for adding me to the forum, and I look forward to devouring as much of it as I can!
Joe

Re: BriarJoe
I started working on pipes in my mid-teens and am still at it 50 years later. Had lots of "hand and eye" hobbies, too. Some of them stick for life.
Enjoy the ride!
