Help with identifying a pipe (if possible)...

Good morning, all!
I recently acquired a pipe from a friend's collection and am wondering if anyone here may be able to help identify it. It appears to say "Navy" on the shank and it has "Spain" on the stem.
Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated!
