Smallest ever re-tenon for a broken stem?

If not, it's certainly a contender.
The problems posed by the combined size and shape of this stem were, um...
invigorating. (yeah, that's the word)
Delrin to the rescue!

I am really interested in how you set that up for drilling. My tendency would have been to make a new stem, because I would have real difficulty making the mortise for the tenon co axial with the old tenon.

Is there some way I can just get folks to send me non-broken pipes to keep and already made donuts to eat and get paid for it?

Nahh. I would much rather make pipes and stems that you won’t waste your time repairing.
I could advertise them as such “Too daunting for George Dibos to touch!”
