Diy french wheel

Made myself a french wheel.
Turned down this zion aluminium backin plate to about 4mm. Turned the shank round to 24mm and threaded the outside to fit a m24 nut on it. Inside goes a threaded m14 shaft. Easy peasy:-) put on som billiard felt to make it soft.
