There are number of little things, but here's the main shaping stuff.

The stem is somewhat over-bent, too, even for a full-on English shape. As a general rule, the top of the bowl shouldn't be more than 3-5 degrees below level. (Yours looks to be around 10)

Thank you very much for taking the time to set up that drawing, it's very helpful and answers several questions I could not answer. I'll do my best to adjust the next pipe to the drawings.

The bottom line of the shank isn't what it could be. Instead of a straight line, it should be a curve. You want the shank to swoop downward to give it that curve, instead of jutting out. Have a look at the lines on a Jesse Jones bent billiard. He does them frequently enough and has near perfect bent billiards.
