The bowl shank area needs more definition. The cheeks don't match each other. The stem is overbent, and the bottom of the bowl isn't finished with the shaping. Assuming, of course, that you intended to make a Rhodesian.

I would expand on Jeremiah's comment about the bowl being unfinished. The sides of the bottom need to be tapered in to make the bottom part more conical. It would also save a bit of weight hanging out there.
I agree that the radius on the shank/bowl transition is too large and uneven.
The stem looks well done, but the saddle could be more refined with a more vertical face on the saddle.(closer to 90 degrees at the cylinder).
It looks like you were able to catch the grain pretty well on this one also.
