I always find myself going back and forth through the PITH thread every year trying to look at all of the pipes.

So, for simplicity, I have re-posted mine here since I originally posted it a while back.

Yes, it is actually free standing in the picture. There can be no drafts and the surface has to be perfectly level, but it does sit.

The rules say it has to be a sitter, not a stable sitter. :-)

That's awesome. I would not be brave enough to attempt a pick axe type sitter. Mad props for pulling it off man.

Make sure everyone is confirmed before pipes start shipping everywhere in case there was a last minute disaster and someone has to drop.

My compressor motor blew up, so a little delay. It will ship out Monday and pics up asap.

I had also run into some equipment failure which put me back a bit and also have been working 10-12 hours 7 days a week. I am getting close and should be finished this evening or Monday evening and will post pics ASAP. I've already contacted Seamonster to inform him I will ship it out on Tuesday or Wednesday morning and appologise for the delay and any inconvenience.

Not a problem. Just making sure there's proper communication between each other so everything gets worked out properly.

Has everyone at least made contact with their pipe donors and recipients?

Messaged both, and got responses from both. Make sure if you do not know the receiver or sender, or if they do not have public profiles, to get email address and physical address and phone.

I finally found my camera!! Here is my pipe. It was a learning experience for sure. I know there are a lot of things that I can improve when I finally get around to making another bamboo shanked pipe.......like 3 more years from now 8)

No need to get crazy. 2 or 3 from different angles should be fine. Your real critique will come when you're recipient gets it and has a chance to inspect and smoke it.
