Who's Gettin a New Shop ? This Guy

Post by Alden »

It's pretty damn sweet !
Image

The main area of the shop is a 4 car garage with a bay door and an entry door. It's got a chimney for a wood stove, and a bathroom too. To the left is the entry to the add on next to the garage.

The add on will be the pipe making room, it's about 10' wide and 20'+ long

The view from the shop is not too damn shabby either.

Oh yeah, there's a house too, but who gives a damn about the house when you've got that shop ?
I like the 10' commute to work ! Beats the 60 miles a day I've been driving for 3 years now!

I like the Gazebo better than the house

The backyard view is nice

The things I would do for a place like that.
On land, at sea, at home, abroad,
I smoke my pipe and worship God.

I hear you man. We've been working on this for about 7 years now, trying to save money and get expenses down as low as possible.
Eat lots of rice and beans.
Also helps if you're willing to live in an inner city ghetto for a reallly long time because it's super cheap.
You'll get used to the 2 am helicopters buzzing your roof and flooding everything with spotlights.

True ! You're the only one here with firsthand evidence of that. The addition on the side of this garage is nearly twice the size of my current shop.

Sa-weet man! I take it you're going to run more outlets into that sideroom? I didn't notice a 220, but then again, I might've missed it. Once you get the place all organized(and the roof re-done) I'll have to visit!

Wow, this is fantastic! Looks like you have a whole lot to work with, and a nice setting besides.
I'm content with our place for now, but hope to find something more like this at some point...

Congratulations, Ryan!
