I vaguely recall doing something like that long ago, in a galaxy far, far away. Don't exactly miss it, though.
LOL! Well I don't anymore of course since I have sanding discs and 2 belt sanders for the rough shaping but I was thinking about the guys here like the OP who have to do pretty much all their hogging with files.
