Absolutely, as stated in the OP and in Premal's update. The cut off date to sell was 1/15/2013, unless Premal is willing to let someone get in under the wire. Contact him to get permission and to make arrangements.

Otherwise, all are encouraged to attend to enjoy themselves and of course, buy pipes!

We can still add a few more to the list if anyone is interested. For the Sunday meetup, the shop will actually be open, so anyone - Pipemakers or Spectators - are welcome, however, Only the scheduled pipe makers will be permitted in the workshop. Waivers have to be signed, and the workshop can only fit so many people.

If anyone wants to particpate on Either Saturday or Sunday please get in contact with me asap. I still need to speak with:

Michael Eady
Frank Wazny

Please pm me with your phone number or call me during business hours. 614-299-2442

Hmmm, I wish I would have seen this thread earlier. Premal, do you still have room in the shop on Sunday for one more?

Probably better to call him. He checks in about once a week.

I see him around on Instagram and on the Tobaccopipecollectors.com forum. I'll reach out with your shop number.

Welcome! I've seen you around the internet, but I have to say I don't know your real name. Could you please post that info so I can formally add your name to the list?

One more name to add to the list as tentative - Scott Klein - and that will make us full and finalized. If there is anyone else that would like to attend, you will be most welcome, but the final list for the official event and advertisements is set.

Please contact me by telephone if you would like to attend the event but are not on the list. Smokers' Haven will be open for the Sunday event as well, and everyone is welcome to attend, but only the makers on the list will be permitted in the workshop on Sunday.

I will start to make announcements on Forums at the end of this week. Advertisements will start 2 weeks before the show.

I will announce the Cigar & Pipe Tobacco Company for the event on Saturday by early next week.

I'll be booking my hotel room for the event soon and am looking for someone to share it with.

Any takers? I promise I only smell half as bad as Sas. I do, however, lack his boyish charm.

Two weeks away from the Smoker's Haven Meetup! Everyone excited?

There are a few new names that have been added to the OP, so check out who will be there.

Also, I'm still open to sharing a hotel room to save cash. Send me a PM if you're like to share.
