Sweet mother of pearl. I nearly lost my lunch. I've seen rotted pine attacked by beetles and termites that looked better than that block.

Dang that's crazy! At least you didn't wast a bunch of time shaping it like I just did last week. I was just finishing up the shaping on a dublin when a single gash just over an inch long revealed itself right next to the tobacco chamber wall, but not noticeable from the inside. Very frustrating.

You may want to save that and sell it on eBay. The Scream painting just sold at a Sothebies Auction for more than 100 MILLION Dollars. Perhaps the buyer will want that block as a companion??
