Thanks for the laugh fellas. I almost blew Coca Cola out my nose. :lol:

I just started making pipes in April of 2008. It still takes me about 8 hours or so to complete a pipe. I do some work in batches like Scott mentioned and do a lot of the finer work straight through one pipe at a time. I suspect that a lot of time will be taken off when I get comfortable with using a lathe.

Rad gave me his secret about making pipes in two hours and I have used this advice and it works.
Shape a pipe, soak in water for 5 minutes then squeeze it out in a vise and there you have it, a squashed tomato.
Thanks Rad, you've been a pal and I have appreciated all the help.
Now, if Todd could just teach me how to make an origami in 45 minutes, I'd have it made.
