I had problems with Jaume, too, for what it's worth. I bought a box of plateaux and I had to throw quite a bit of it away because of deep cracks. This wasn't his highest grade, but it sure wasn't his lowest grade. Others have had good experiences. Caveat emptor and so forth.

Appreciate the advice Buddy, I have emailed Makis, Domenico Geordano and Manno to discover their costs for various cuts, many many thanks for your time folks, very good of you all and I value your help and advice immensely.

Alexander has indeed sent 4 replacement blocks, they are of a much smaller size and a very low grade which is not what I paid for but I just can't be bothered with any further hassle with dealing with him, cut my losses and move on I guess, not the first time and it wont be last I don't doubt.
