Chicago show phone list sign-up

This evolved in another thread, but ended up buried inside it. So, for the sake of visibility I'm giving the subject its own thread.

If you have not been to the Chicago show before, know that the site is extremely spread out, no one uses cork & paper bulletin boards anymore, and locating people you'd like to meet can be amazingly difficult.

If you've been before so already know all that, you still might like a way to avoid messing with a flurry of PMs to connect with others from this board who will also be attending.

In either case, the easiest solution---if you're so inclined---is to add your number to the Super-Duper-Handy-Dandy-Nifty-Cool Pipe Maker's Forum Phone List.

If you want on it, just PM me with your number. The list will be distributed to everyone else on the list this coming Sunday (April 27).

The emphasis is because I don't want to keep track of, or be responsible for, sending the list to "everyone except these three guys", or add a name later "only if X does too," etc. (It's all or nothing---no conditional requests, please. For that, you'll have to make your own arrangements.)

Weird. Both you and Sas show up in the "sent messages" box on my end along with the attached copy, but some made it and some didn't.

phpBB's PM feature has always been kinda funky, maybe there's a bug when messages are sent too close together in time, or something.

(Doesn't matter, I just re-sent them. Mentioning it in case Tyler or Kurt keep track of such stuff))

Truly strange. Somehow sending a bunch of PMs in fast succession zoinks the system. Half got it, the other half didn't.
