Good evening ladies.... Thought I'd share just so you could view my gorgeous mug. ;-)

Happy piping.

btw, PF'ers, Google translate works well with German.

Here's the article's first paragraph:
On a cold November day, I have the very affable James Gilliam in his workshop in the Stuttgart area visited and may spend a great, instructive for me and especially mad lazy afternoon with him. Among other things, he talked about himself and about his career as a pipe maker, explains the art of pipe making and also demonstrated directly on the workpiece.

I was just pointing out with a sample that anyone so inclined could translate the entire article if they chose, and get a meaningful/readable result.

Just find and click the "translate" option on the Google homepage, paste the entire article, and poof. It's like magic. :D

And to think.... I was going to sign up for that portrait a day service and send you pics once a day until Christmas ... Like your own personal advents calendar. ;-)

That was great, James. But, where can one purchase a Gilliam handmade whistle? On your website, all I see are pipes.

I only sale my whistle to ladies....

That's one of problems with online translation... Pfeifen also means to whistle... Translate pipe from English to German and you end up saying you have "handmade plumbing" One of the reasons I don't really like google translate... Sometimes it misses the translation... But you can still get the gist
