Metal Lathe for sale on CL

I don't know much about lathes, but I just came across this one on Craigslist. It looks to be about the right size for pipe making and it's $550. Just thought I'd post it incase it's a steal and someone needs it.

A nice little 9" South Bend. Looks like he got a little crazy with the paint in some areas.
