Does anyone have an reliable place/s to buy olivewood to carve pipes?

You can buy olivewood from Woodcraft.

Hope this helps. They have various sizes, but this one is close to pipe size.

Here is some really beautiful olivewood from the Holy Land.
I bought some of it but havent used it yet. Its nice with not too much splits and cracks.

I have one piece from Woodcraft that is still very heavy (wet) and it has been drying about six months. Heavily waxed , I finally scrapped it all off except on the ends. Somedow it should make a nice couple of pipes though. I find most of their wood to be higher moisture content but especially the blocks that are waxed and listed for turning.
