I was thining of getting some bamboo lately, and seeing that I'm in asia, it would seem liek a wiser choice to buy bamboo from somewhere within this region (as I understand that most bamboo comes from here anyways).
Looking at the prices on PME and others, I noticed that sellers on Ebay sold at a much more competitive price. But I guess, buying from PME and other more 'established' sellers does give you the peace of mind that you're getting prooven supplies. \
So my question is this, would anyone mind to just share where they get their bamboo from? I checked Mindongs site (the one that is showed on pipedia), and it seems to be down.
Has anyone bought from ebay?

I have, actually, not yet bought from that guy - but the stuff looks okay,
and, if I understand right that the price is for 20 pcs., the price is very okay -
in Europe, I'd pay twice the money for half the quantity.
Go ahead and give it a try - and let us know about Your experience ...
