FYI - I've recently set up a dedicated Twitter feed for Talbert Pipes, the business, as can be seen here - http://twitter.com/TalbertPipes

I set up a Twitter feed for myself a couple years ago, but it was primarily meant for keeping up with a few good friends and I didn't give it much thought beyond that. Over time, though, I've started getting a lot of pipe guys following me and have been getting added to follow lists and such, and I suspect all the pipe folks who have followed me have probably been terribly disappointed because I hardly ever talk pipes on my personal Twitter feed - It's almost entirely random stuff (Quotes I like, news stories that amuse me, fun movies I've seen, etc).

I finally figured I ought to actually set up a pipe-specific Twitter feed, ergo the new TalbertPipes account which will be 100% pipe stuff. So far I've just posted a few, mostly some sketches and designs for a commission pipe I'm working on. I was thinking of mainly posting drawings & designs and workshop news and catalog updates. It will be another way to get out news when there are site catalog updates, which is good. There will probably also be a fair bit of workshop-specific posts, which might be of interest to the folks here. The Mac app Twitterific makes it extremely easy to UL quick photos so there will probably be a lot more pics than in the past.
